    Was midly distracted by the fact that i split my shorts on the first thruster.
    Loved the 7am start compared to 6am on tuesdays and will aim to make it each week.

  3. I swear I will try to improve my overhead dumbbell weight on those thruster shoulder presses.
    The rest just shreds us to bits. Love it.
    The time, location.. I felt like a million bucks for the rest of the weekend..

  4. 19.05.. 12kg Swings, 4kg D/bell thrusters.. Tough session as usual. The warm up/technique with pvc pipe really helps during the session.

  5. 20:32sec as RX'd thrusters hurt...

    So hard. I need to just toughen up and literally give my all on the runs...

  8. I did it last Tuesday night, this was tough but good, my time was 18.53 - I think. 10kg D/bell thrusters, 16kg KB swings. It was the thrusters that killed me.
