Meet Pukie

Have you met Pukie? If so let us know what WOD was responsible. Dont be afraid though, pukie isnt for everybody & can be avoided by slowing down & taking in some air. But who wants to slow down, right?

  3. 18.55.... 80kg Deadlifts. After the first round was completed that run sandwiched between deadlifts & squats was interesting. There was definetly some magic happening with those movements hehehe.

  4. I have crossed paths with Pukie a few times in my CrossFit relationship. The most recent being "Eva" earlier this year... Off memory it took me around 48min

  5. 11.49 Using 90kg for deadlifts.
    Sub 10 is possible for that one. Will just need to perform a magic trick to achieve it.
