  1. 21.50mins using 20kg KB. Further to yesterdays question from the CFX crew "was that workout hard". If you know of a CrossFit one that isn't let me know. By the way Jon slept in this morning crew. Had a long working weekend?

  4. 29:30min to complete this workout....nearly scored the "pukey patch" but managed to hold it in(I'm sure that would have amused the early morning drivers).
    I found this to be quite a challenging workout using the 16kg KB, but stoked that I had finished it.
