  2. 11.46 40kg Deadlift & 6 risers on box jumps. Pushups on toes & speed 17 on treadmill. I like the fact that I was bleeding at the end..

  4. My client Tysha, put forward an outstanding effort today.

    She completed the work out in 16:50 as RX'd Used a row instead becuase of an injury.

    60kg Deads
    Biggest BOX Jumps
    Push Ups on Toes
    400 Metre Row

    WELL DONE TYSHA! Outstanding effort! :)

  5. Completed the work out in 10.54 as RX'd.

    50kg Deads
    6 levels on box jumps
    Push Ups on Toes
    400 Metre Run

    That was really good, ran the fastest I've ever run on the treadmill - 16. It was the run that hurt the most which is a good change because that's usually the recovery for me, looks like I'll have to go faster from now on.
