    A very challenging workout that covered all bases. I'm always looking for something new with my training, I was impressed with this. Lots of room for improvement too.

    Ran on 18 on treadmill for the first time. Im a first time Crossfitter.

    5 Rounds: 18.05

    Sarah's results as follows:

    8kgs Push Press
    12kgs KB Swings
    400 Metre Run - ran at 14

    5 Rounds: 18.30

    I'm sooo sore from yesterday....wonder how I'll feel tomorrow??
