Uno, Dos, Tres, VAMOS!!!

10Reps Squat Clean 60kg/40kg
Run 200m
9Reps Squat Clean
Run 200m
8Reps Squat Clean
Run 200m
etc,etc, until you get down to 1Rep
Then Run 200m
Scale as necessary

  4. 12.27 @20kg. will try and go heavier run faster and trip Lynne and Liz over so I can beat them rather excited that i found the website hope i can find the site again and improve time

    20.20 @ 30kg. I think my time is out by at least a couple of minutes I did 2 extra clean squats and an extra run by accident.....I lost track of how many I was up to....oops
