  1. Pretty hard workout Glenn. I think my time was 11.04 but not sure if this was Jody's or mine so let me know if I got it wrong.

    I need to improve on the chin ups!

  2. WOD 10.33 using 24kg for swings.
    Warm up, or your workout was Tabatha Squats, push ups, power bag deadlifts & cleans followed by kettlebell swings single arms. Jody Gall
